CONTRACTING... A FLEXIBLE OPTION:
In 2011 Match 2 Technical launched a new contracting facility to compliment its Wellington operation. The new division is in the process of being developed by Rob Law, an experienced contract recruitment professional widely known to the market.
For employers contracting is a cost effective alternative solution to recruiting someone permanently and can often be a better solution when confronted with fluctuating workloads. It is particularly effective in the short term, but can also sometimes satisfy an on-going flexible requirement to relieve the pressure of over committed project deadlines.

CONTRACTING OPPORTUNITIES:
For candidates contracting is not for everyone. Being a contractor, or temporary employee, does not satisfy a person with strong career aspirations. On the plus side however, contracting can be an excellent way to gain experience and develop new skills in a variety of environments without adversely effecting their CV.
Contracting also offers candidates flexibility and is particularly suitable for people “passing through”, or people who are unable to take a permanent fulltime position, for whatever reason.
